SRX12809565: Genome assembly of Penicillium oxalicum
1 PACBIO_SMRT (Sequel) run: 1M spots, 10.1G bases, 2.4Gb downloads

Design: DNA is first processed into fragments of appropriate size by G-tube, and then the fragments are damaged and repaired. Both ends of DNA fragments are connected to the joints of hairpin structure to form a dumbbell structure, which is called smrtbell. The annealed smrtbell is mixed with the polymerase at the bottom of zwm, which will be used for final sequencing.

show Abstracthide Abstract
To explore the changes of three-dimensional chromosome structure of Penicillium oxalate induced by Avicel, focusing on the interaction between cellulase gene and its regulatory factors.
